SaskMilk U12 Triples Cup - Humboldt

This is the inaugural U12 Triples Cup, this event will be taking place at the Humboldt Curling Club. When registering your team, your team of 3 will have to create a 'team name' (ie. Team Rockstars, Wildcats, Hogliners, Game of Stones, Ring Leaders, Curl Power, Lord of the Ice, etc.)Please give the name and information for all 3 players.

U15 teams are not required to have an alternate.

Minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 players: 12 years of age or less on June 30, 2023

Born: July 1, 2010 or later

Overage: 1 player can be born between July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010

Payment must be received prior to playing in the competition.

OPTION 1: Pay now via credit card. CURLSASK will provide a full refund to all registered teams less $5/player administration fee should the event be cancelled.

OPTION 2: Mail a cheque to CURLSASK, 613 Park St, Regina, SK S4N 5N1. Cheques will not be deposited until after the registration deadline. Should the event be cancelled, cheques will be destroyed. Select the CASH/CHEQUE option upon registering.

OPTION 3: Teams will be contacted after the registration deadline to provide payment. Select the CASH/CHEQUE option upon registering.
